The Race venue has now moved to the sort after Suncoast Grass Sundeck, where registration and late entries will be taken on the day.

The Transition area and finish area will also dominate the Sundeck, with a small race village ready to receive the athletes as they cross the finish line.

There is over R12 000 in prize money to be won, and loads of Lucky draw prizes.

The 2010 Multi-Series now incorporates a new Rookie Duathlon event, with encompasses a short 1.25km run, followed by a 5km cycle and then a short 700m final run.

Athletes wishing to enter this weekend’s events are asked to enter before Thursday, as places are limited.
